We had to wait in front of the apartment door to access the key instead of providing everything ahead of time. She urged us to cancel which means we would lose our money. We felt disrespected from her rude treatment."

Lovely property but overall not the best food and we wished we didn’t have to go back and forth to call multiple times to change rooms. "
