Restaurant is very good, pool is nice, salon was good, massage was good. Room service was good. Now the issues - hotel couldn’t confirm my reservation for about an hour (no biggie) I purchased a king bed option and was given a standard full bed and told “when available “ on day 1. Day 2 I asked for a King Bed and was told no problem come at 2pm (ok not a problem) , another issue, manager couldn’t remember our discussion- come back in another hour ( ok no problem) made me feel like I was a bother. I purchased from Hotel.com as usual and the manager didn’t seem to like that. Overall he was the only person with an attitude, prayers for him to get balance in his life. Vendors at pool are pushy to up sell excursions. I am looking for a great option to bring 10-20 clients at a time and this is not it. The search continues!

Consiglio questo resort ae si vuole una struttura tranquilla ma con tutto l occorrente. Le camere sono equidistanti dalla zona buffet, reception alla zona piscina e mare quindi molto comoda.la spiaggia e' non e' caotica e l hotel ha una discreta animazione.la camera abbastanza puluta ed ampia con un bel terrazzo e tv multicanali anche con rai 1 2 e 3 in italiano.dalla stanza potevamo vedere il mare e le piscine.il buffet ristorante ovviamente e' internazionale ma con spezie arabe comunque puoi sempre trovare del cibo che ti piaccia. La colazione e' davvero molto ricca sia salata che dolce.ho apprezzato che di fronte alla spiaggia ci fosse l imbarco per le isole e i tour comodissimo.non troverete il reef corallino di sharm el shaik ma abbiamo comunque potuto fare snorkelling e vedere almeno 30 pesci diversi molto carini e addirittura il passaggio di due delfini. L hotel dista dalla zona vecchia Al Dahar circa 3 km e dal sharaton street e dalla marina circa 7 km ma con uber comodissimo ci siamo spostati spendendo circa 3 euro a tratta a persona.
