Really enjoyed the hotel, lovely staff and services and good security. Didn’t have breakfast- can’t comment on food. The gym wasn’t very well sign posted, but when found it was really nice. Good equipment and clean. It was a little dusty, but that is expected as it was a dessert!

Exceptional property. Cannot find a single issue with it. Everything about this property was designed with careful thought put into how everything is used. Only the best quality of everything is used in this brand new just built hotel that offers much more than a Double Tree class of accommodation. Deserves hotel level classification. Stunning landscaping and plants, beautiful pool and close to the best beach in El Gouna. The warmth and hospitality of amazing Chef Amr Darwish and Mr. Helmy and their staff (Wagdy at the restaurant) is unparalleled and made us feel truly special. We cannot thank them enough for the wonderful services and conversations we had with them during our visit. From special favorite desserts prepared right at our table to food made especially for us. All this added to our wonderful experience there. Thank you for your care and special attention. Highly recommended for anyone visiting El Gouna.

Great hotel with an excellent front-of-house team. The restaurant is on the cozy side, which can cause a bit of a bottleneck when the hotel is at full capacity. While the dining staff were mostly helpful and friendly, they could benefit from a little extra training on managing rush periods.

Die Gegend ist fantastisch und das Gebäude selbst ist neu und modern, aber leider war mein Aufenthalt enttäuschend. Zunächst war die Sauberkeit des Zimmers ein großes Problem. Beim Einchecken stellte ich fest, dass die Bettwäsche nicht gewechselt worden war und der Mülleimer voll war. Es fühlte sich an, als wäre das Zimmer überhaupt nicht vorbereitet worden. Zweitens war der Pool eine Enttäuschung. Er war so überfüllt, dass man ihn kaum genießen konnte, und der Service war extrem langsam; es dauerte über eine Stunde, bis ich mein Essen bekam, das einfach nur mittelmäßig war. Die Pommes waren kalt und weich – ein klares Zeichen dafür, dass sie schon länger draußen standen. Der letzte und wichtigste Grund, warum ich das Hotel wechseln musste, war der ständige Lärm. Vom nächtlichen Geschrei der Arbeiter bis hin zu einem unglaublich lauten Reinigungsteam, das jeden Morgen gegen 5:30 Uhr Maschinen in den Fluren benutzte – der Lärm war unerbittlich und machte es unmöglich, sich zu entspannen oder zu schlafen. Außerdem gibt es in der Nähe eine Baustelle, die man hört und riecht das Metall. Aus diesen Gründen kann ich dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen.
