"Lovely hotel in a good location. Rooftop bar was fun. Rooms were small but expected. Breakfast was expensive. Staff was great, as they usually are in a R&C property."

"Hotel Ursa was in a quiet and pretty neighborhood but still had the convenience of a big metro station nearby, good restaurants and interesting shops a short walk away (and in some cases across the street!)
And, it was a beautiful luxurious hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff."

"I can’t recommend this hotel enough. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The area was quiet and safe - there are government buildings nearby so there are armed guards on the street at all hours (but not in a scary way). I would 100% feel safe staying here as a solo traveler. The room had just enough space and a lovely rain shower. Free breakfast help us save a good bit of money each day. "Once my boyfriend and I walked in to check into our room, the front desk were very friendly and greeted us once we walked up.
Room was very cozy and clean. Breakfast being an option to get was helpful when we woke up late to get some coffee and a bite was very helpful. A rooftop bar with food, was very good. Their burgers were phenomenal! I will definitely be coming back to Hard Rock Hotel Madrid !!"
"This is my third stay at this property when I am in Madrid. For me its one of the best hotels for short stays in Madrid, location is unbeatable, center of Madrid. Being a guest there you have access to the 365 rooftop, which is amazing. Room was clean and the view to Plaza España from my room was the best. Breakfast was also very good as always. If its in your budget, you need to consider this hotel, its not cheapest out there but for me it worth the price!! "
