"Had to Uber everywhere. The property was nice - but long hallways, felt a little scary. The penthouse should definitely update amenities. Bath towels were mix match, bedding felt and looked older. King room didn’t have a tv. Over all the place felt plain and not worth the money. Cleaning crew could definitely do a better job. Crumbs on kitchen floor, table had a grease film on it , crumbled up towel paper in bathroom drawers. We would definitely choose a hotel closer to broadway and feel better...

"Loved our stay at The Haven. The hosts were very responsive. Just a block or two away from the Hop On Hop Off stop, which I recommend as well. A block away is The Snooze restaurant, where we had a great breakfast."
