"Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été une véritable déception. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai dû attendre 8 heures avant d’obtenir ma chambre, ce qui est inacceptable après un long voyage. Une fois dans la chambre, la mauvaise surprise a continué : l’eau était coupée, le lavabo n ’était même pas correctement fixé et bougeait à chaque utilisation.
