"This hotel is in the middle of Concord historic district, so it’s a great location for sightseeing and walking around shopping or eating. It’s a very charming and historic old building, so the rooms/bathrooms are small and staircases are steep and narrow, and no elevator. The parking is free in the back, but it is difficult to get the entrance. There is a restaurant on the first floor, so very convenient to enjoy lunch and dinner. The staff are friendly and we got free bottles of water when we checked in, so I made coffee in the room. My room was facing a busy road, so the speeding cars made me wake up at night."

"We stayed for a dance competition. There was also some kinda basketball thing going on. There were lots of teen boys. They were very outta control running down hallways, yelling , slamming doors. This wen on Friday night prob till 12:30/1am. Then Saturday night same thing but i called downstairs to complain. The guy at desk was helpful said they hired a security detail because they had lots of complaints Friday night. He said he would send him up to our floor. The hotel its self was very clean. But there is absolutely no sound barriers, the doors are like paper thin. And for that reason probably would not stay again . "

"The breakfast was awful :( our toilet filled up and didn’t flush & fridge didn’t work . We also forgot a phone charger there which we called & talked to Twan about . He actually went & retrieved it & said he would leave it for us . Unfortunately we were there for a relative on life support . We live in New York. Twan was actually very nice as was Marissa who comped one of our nights due to all the issues we had. I wouldn’t even be saying anything if we didn’t go back two days later to pick up the phone charger & couldn’t have been treated worse by a girl at the front, I believe Jenisha . She was rude & condescending when we asked to look for the charger as Twan & Ashley had said it would be there for us. She said she was tired of cleaning up after Twans messes & refused to look anywhere else for it. My husband did get a little heated & said that someone was gonna pay for it. She then told it a to leave or she was calling the police for a threat ! There was no threat !! This was a dumb thing to happen as we were there to say Good bye to my aunt but she continued to tell us it’s not her job or her problem that he didn’t follow procedure. We said isn’t customer service your job & agdi she threatened to call the police. I have never been treated like that before as I myself am in customer service!! "

"Everything was fine. Clean enough. Breakfest was ok. Dove product in bathroom. Parking is easier in the back parking lot. Has a small basketball court and weight room. You can smell cigarette smoke in hallways, if people are smoking, I could smell someone else's food, in my room, while door was closed. So maybe be warned if smells bother you. "
