Breakfast consists of the usual continental US buffet and is OK. However we sat in a table that was not cleaned and was pretty sticky. Parking was very easy and convenient. The room we got was nice, large, and had a kitchen. There was however some noice outside the room coming from the outside AC engines that was a bit disturbing especially at night time. Special mention to Paul at the reception who was superhelpful when we requested several items. Paul really took the time to provide us with what we needed (unlike the previous person at the reception desk to whom we requested the same thing), The hotel is nicely located inside some wood forest and not too far from Boston. Overall, I would not hesitate to book there again in the future.

Pros: nice rooms, the 12 noon checkout allowed us to enjoy the pool, comfortable beds, price was decent, full size fridge Cons: Toilet required us to keep the tank cover off to manually flush, the sink kept not draining, tv wouldn’t turn on, lots of weird flickering lights in the hallways.

If you’re looking for a hotel that doubles as a time capsule, you’ve found it. The first thing that welcomes you isn’t the lobby—it’s an overflowing garbage can at the entrance, complete with trash scattered on the ground. A great first impression. Things don’t improve inside. The hallways had garbage left outside guest rooms, giving the impression that housekeeping had simply given up. The carpets are so worn that whatever pattern they originally had has long since disappeared. Calling them “well-traveled” would be generous. The outdoor terrace is another highlight… if you’re into missing floor tiles and deferred maintenance. Everywhere you look, the property feels neglected. The only positive was the breakfast, which was decent. Unfortunately, one acceptable meal doesn’t make up for a hotel that appears to have stopped investing in basic upkeep years ago. Don’t just take my word for it—have a look at the photos. They speak for themselves. There are plenty of hotels in the area. Do yourself a favor and stay at one of those instead.
