"Awsome hotel"

"I had my first trip to Boston and wasn't sure where to stay but after choosing this location i am glad to report it was a great experience. From the room to the staff, everything was excellent. I want to shout out to the maintenance staff as I had lost my necklace behind the bed frame, the staff immediately assisted me and so I am eternally grateful. I highly recommend this hotel and will be staying here again."

"Even before we stepped foot into the hotel I knew this hotel was going to be incredible. The doormen were kind, welcoming and helpful and brought our luggage to the reception desk, the receptionist was lovely and allocated us a room that was available 3 hours before official check in time. The interior of the hotel is opulent and grand and transports you back to the 1920’s. The onsite shop is very well stocked with food, drinks, snacks, toiletries apparel and even has a Starbucks. The rooms were very well sized and had comfortable beds with a decent sized bathroom with a shower. The only issue we had was with noisy neighbours, and with us having a connecting room it made the noise level slightly louder then I think it would’ve been otherwise, but they checked out two days into our stay but it didn’t stop us sleeping comfortably. It’s located almost perfectly and everything we had planned was within easy reach either by walking or metro station. We went to a Bruins game and it was a 15 minute walk to TD Garden which was really easy to navigate. We will definitely be staying here again and I’ve already recommended it to two different people who are looking at travelling to Boston. "
