"The breakfast was wonderful. It is an awesome location within walking distance of Royal mile and right next to the large shopping center. There is also a little convenience store right there. We had two rooms right next to one another and it was just great!"

"On arrival, we were welcomed by the lovely Erika, who gave us a tour of the grand suit ‘The Robertson’ which was a stunning suit!! luxurious in every way, with a huge bedroom Space, separate kitchen & Bathroom area! Personal touches were fantastic, with the most beautiful hand wash & lotion, with the matching shampoo & conditioner & body wash. Erika had even provided the same brand of bubble bath so we could enjoy a nice relaxing bath after a long day walking in Edinburgh. The fresh bread went down a treat, also provided fresh milk & plenty of tea & coffee. Excellent location, really cosy vibes and all in all a wonderful experience. Would highly recommend & will most certainly return Lee & Sharon "

"Staff couldnt do anymore to ensure our stay was just perfect from booking in to booking out. They went all out to accomodate all our needs. Room was stunning, fresh and spotlessly clean. Daniel the receptionist was professional ,friendly, polite and very informative on the history of the Oceanmist. We couldnt have asked for anything better.He sorted things for a surprise birthday presentation in one of our rooms.When out on deck of our last evening, he noticed us on cctv and came out and supplied us with blanckets."

"Clean room, straightforward access instructions, excellent nights sleep. The cupboard that contains the kettle/coffee maker could really use a light - it’s very dark and the radiators need bleeding. "

"The room was nice and clean, no fridge in the room but for the price i can't complain. the bus stop just outside the building so fast easy and cheap to get around and enjoy Edinburgh."
