Solo stay in Edinburgh whilst family stayed elsewhere. This is an absolute find. Modern, stylish and so comfortable. Check in etc was perfect, and it’s located so close to the tram stop. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed in the Queen Charlotte room. Very clean and modernized place to stay. Probably the best shower in a hotel/b&b ever. Large bathroom with counter space for toiletries. Large soft towels. The room has dishes and glasses, silverware, coffee and tea, and a mini fridge. It was very comfortable. When we come back to Edinburgh, will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to everyone.

Low rating for staff because there is none. However, all the rest was fabulous. Comfortable bed and pillows, quality duvet, amazing design and decor. There’s also a cabinet on the upper floor to get additional amenities if need be. Would go back!

The Queen Charlotte room was very comfortable. We slept well and loved that we had such a nice on-suite bathroom. The location is lovely, close to the tram and close to great restaurants like Roseleaf.
