Absolutely gorgeous property — new and chic. Lovely area with nice local discounts at partner restaurant (Mara). They accommodated our early check in and were very responsive. Great place to stay, great value.

This was one of the best properties we've had during our stay. Access to all the things we needed and all the places we wanted to go was amazing. Having the City Cab Taxi call right there in the lobby was inspired and a very classy move! The room was great, but the bathroom was spectacular! We would definitely return to 3 Johns Place.

Great to see Leith receiving investment. Accommodation was in a good location and central for everything we needed. Check-in/out times were variable when we booked it but I'm sure as this is a new property this will easily be fixed. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Very lovely place ! Looks like entering a mansion with a beautiful gated front lawn. The room I was in was in the basement and could have been better ventilated. It had all the amenities needed for a traveller and it was very clean. There were no elevators so it might be a problem for some people. The staff were very nice and responsive and made their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
