Hotels with free breakfast in Eden Isle, New Orleans

"We called before booking to see about that seasonal pool being open in March. I was told its open daily, so I booked, just to arrive and the pool be closed. I only booked to room for the pool, so it not being avaliable ruined the stay. Staff said I could speak to the manager the next day, but that was it. They offered nothing to improve our stay. There was also black mold on the ceiling of the room. "

"This hotel is going thru renovations. When it is completed it will be fantastic. The breakfast was good - staff worked hard to keep all items stocked. Eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, hot and cold cereal, pastries, fruit, yogurt - they had it all. The front desk staff was amazing - so friendly and helpful. We wanted to eat someplace local and they referred us to New Orleans Food and Spirits! Amazing cajun food at a reasonable price. Definitely a local restaurant and that was refreshing- don't want to go to the tourist restaurants. The price of the hotel was very reasonable and had we stayed in the French Quarters we would have paid at least 3x what we paid, "

"The room wasn't clean. Someone had just use the shower and hair was all in it. Also the bed had use sheets still on it. "

"The facility was bland and void of any life save for the two war bodies behind the counter and a homeless person outside. Our room was uncleaned with duffle of clothes on the dresser. Pictures available. The American flag out front was weather worn to shreds. We didn’t walk, we ran from this place. If Expedia proceeds to bill us for this travesty, it will the end of OUR relationship with them. Radisson should be ashamed to be associated. "
