Although i will say the hotel is a place for a couple to go to be secluded and not leave the resort because it is very far from the rest of the activities offered in the country. The front desk staff (Celus) was amazing! sharing very helpful tips and insights for tours and activities. the firefly studio views was just breathtaking! the other front desk staff ( Quana) was also very friendly and helpful and with a special request for a surprise setup in our room."
