Very nice hotel overall, everything was nice and went smoothly. 2 things I think they can improve is there was a dried puddle of urine in front of the toilet when I got to my room and I was required to give a $200 deposit when I came that wasn’t returned to my account for 2 weeks

The hotel had everything we needed. Everything was comfortable and wonderful. The staff in the restaurant/bar were so funny and friendly. The woman who checked us in was the best! My only concern was the naive if the cooling system. At the A/C would come in it was soooooooo noisy.

Everything was satisfactory except for check in and the water in our room had been opened. There was a wedding party at the hotel and they only had one person on check in which caused a delay. I went to drink water in the room and the seal on the bottle was broken and the water was about 1/4 gone. Other than that, place was great.

I was disappointed with the level of service during my stay, especially considering the $625 per night rate. While most of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive, the overall experience fell short due to a lack of consistency. A simple “Good morning” or “Welcome” would have gone a long way. Instead, I encountered staff who seemed more focused on chatting with each other than greeting guests. This lack of a warm, professional welcome was disheartening and did not meet my expectations

Solid Stay

We needed a convenient place to stay that had an indoor pool for kids. The hotel was nice, staff friendly and room size ok. Kids got some cuts on their feet from the pool, when we told the front desk all they said was oh we will into it. No real concern or compassion shown. Not that we made a big deal of it. Aside from that it worked out well for us.

The Sheraton is a beautiful hotel. Very convenient to all beaches and boardwalk. Breakfast is very good. Rooms comfortable clean and spacious. Will definitely stay here again. Pool does need major cleaning, power washing is recommended. Other then that, fantastic place to stay.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. The front desk personnel were unfriendly. There was no coffee on the go like most hotels in the lobby. We didn’t have time to make in the room and the restaurant was not open yet.

Everything was great. My only complaint was that house keeping knocked on my door at 9:30am and again at 10. They did the same thing to my cousins room and theu walked in on them.

It seems like they were understaffed unqualified and unprofessional the lines to check in were long. They weren’t able to accommodate joining rooms and things of the sort.
