"THEY CANCELED ON US LAST MINUTE! They then gave us conflicting answers saying we’d be able to check in a day late, the next day they said our whole reservation was cancelled! We had already made the drive to find out we had NO WHERE to stay! DO NOT BOOK HERE! You might not actually have a place to stay!"

"The amenities were nice but when I got the room they ended up charging me for my two kids to stay additional even though I had a eight person room and there was only four people in the room me and my husband and my two kids I still had to pay for every person individual per night plus taxes on top of what I'd already paid for the room there was a dirty cleaning rags left laying on the chair when I first checked in they put me in a very small Corner Room whenever I have paid extra to get the pool view balcony it seems like every time I stay there the rooms keep getting smaller and a little more out of date and I keep getting charged more each time for less than what I'm paying for the staff was kindly rude whenever I asked why I had to pay for each individual person and I was very polite to them when asking so because they had never did that before they usually just put me my husband and my two kids on the room whenever I booked it but this time everybody was individual and ended up making me pay two different times which like I said the room was okay but it wasn't what I thought it would be I have paid less money for their nicer rooms and the more money is that you pay seems like you get there less than nicer rooms and they're just keeps being more and more catches"

"Rooms were clean and spacious. Views are amazing from the upper levels. While the property was off the beaten track and not walkable to downtown, it is a trolley stop which makes it somewhat accessible. Kids loved the pool. "
