Hotels with Waterslides in Eastern Tennessee, Tennessee

"The room was clean but the property was a little run down. At initial check-in I was greeted with some pretty sharp rudeness when asking questions about why I wasn’t able to check in 1 hour early as I was told I could do so over the phone. Then I was also told that rooms wouldn’t even be ready by 4 pm with no particular reason given. This happened with several people. Then little things in the room didn’t work; which did get fixed. But the beds were terrible and no mattress protectors or even anything to keep the springs from hitting your back so harshly. Maybe it was just my room, but it was awful. It’s an ok resort but there are some amazing places in the area, and I’m certain that if you’re looking for comfort, a bit of relaxation, nice beds. Lots of room to spread out and potentially a bit of feeling amazing that you, like me, won’t mind spending the extra cash at another property. Strictly for kids? This is a B + then. "

"Everything is so good! Location, staff, view from room, room service - we liked it all. They must address one thing. There has to be adequate supply of drinking water free of cost. This is basic necessity."

"Overall our stay was good. The staff is very strict and can be rude about the pool rules. I was unaware that you could wear swimsuits with a zipper and I was unable to go down the waterslides with my four year-old because of my swimsuit.
