10/10 Excellent

"It is a nice property, well kept. Elevators were slow in the morning because of the amount of people leaving, we also checked out at a busy time, would advise to leave earlier if possible. Parking is tight but doable. Wish there was a keurig in the room. But honestly a great place, so convenient and walkable to attractions."

"The staff has friendly and very helpful. Lots of activities on site, especially for younger kids. The resort is very family oriented. The room we stayed in was outdated and needs some updates. We stayed in the penthouse suite and there was water damage from the air conditioner as well as a spiral staircase which was not practical for taking heavy luggage up to the bedrooms. Overall the hotel was nice and great for families."

"Everything was so good! It was Paradise. The staff was excellent! The lazy Riverwas so good. Towels and floats provided. Coffee and cookies in lobby for free. Easy location to attractions. A 24hr indoor pool. Luggage carts available in parking garage. Excellent for families and anyone. Complete supplies in kitchen down to cleaning supplies, laundry detergent. AAA+"

"Check in was terrible. Arrived at 2:30 and was told rooms were not clean yet. Totally understand, check in is at 4. Was told by lady at desk that she would call me as soon as room was ready. She wasn’t pleasant at all. Never received a call and at 4 went to front desk only to learn that the lady that said she would call went home for the day. Later found out that she was the manager, I believe her name was Lori. Horrible customer service. We were checked in by a wonderful , polite person at 4. There’s no coffee in lobby after 10 am which is advertised and no safes in room. Pool and rooms are great and had a very good stay."

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice location. Had hoped for a slightly larger space - it was basically a narrow galley between the end of the bed and the wall. And the AC wall unit was problematic - the drapes covered the vents and there was a rickety plastic cover to try to address the situation. But overall nothing to dissuade anyone from staying here."
