"The hot tub is in the parking lot, we were put in a room next to the parking lot and were unable to change it, room was stuffy and didn’t feel entirely safe enough to sleep with the windows open. The pictures online made it look much cuter than it really is. I regret this choice and will not be back. "

"We had a wonderful stay with our family. The location was incredible, offering stunning ocean views, and we loved having monoculars available to take it all in. Breakfast was excellent and conveniently delivered right to our room. The decor was beautifully done and created the perfect atmosphere throughout our stay."

"Very quiet room, with fireplace, clean and comfortable. The staff put day’s temp, high/low tide time on the whiteboard near the room’s door, very considerate. They even provide a light in the room for guests to take out to the beach for a stroll. The boardwalk cross the hotel is very nice and convenient."

"Weekday staff was incredible! We visited our daughter and she wanted to set up a little welcome basket for us, and the night staff the day we arrived helped her out so much! It was beyond lovely! We requested to stay an extra night due to the unseasonably warm weather. We inquired about the cost and we're ok with the price quoted. When we asked about the next morning the price had doubled!! But even after we mentioned the price quoted, we were told that the new price (double of the quoted price) would be the price for the extra evening. I have an MS and the heat makes me feel terrible. This was the one and only reason we requested an extra night. The temps were going to be cooler after the extra night. It just seemed to us that the weekday staff was so much more agreeable and friendly. Then on the night before we were to check out, we requested a late checkout and were told simply NO. In all my 52 years of life I have never been told no when a late checkout is requested. We enjoyed our stay in Morrow Bay immensely, however the last day of staying at this hotel was not at all pleasant "

"The coast was right entrance of the hotel. You just across the street. Breath taking. Breakfast was delivered fresh to our room, great price and ina picnic basket. Really nice"
