"I recently stayed at this property and had a very concerning experience. During my stay, I encountered what appeared to be bed bugs, which I reported immediately and documented. What was equally concerning was how the situation was handled afterward. I was told Kenyon (The Manager) would follow up, but despite calling the hotel numerous times and sending multiple emails, I received little to no communication. It took repeated effort on my end just to get a brief response. When I did connect with Kenyon, the interaction was rude, and extremely dismissive and lacked urgency, which is not appropriate given the nature of the issue. I was also told at the front desk that a resolution would be provided, but there has been no follow-through. Regardless of where you stay, situations can happen. What matters is how they are handled, and in this case, the lack of communication and accountability was disappointing. I would strongly recommend that future guests carefully inspect their rooms upon arrival.. OR better yet.. Just stay elsewhere, not worth the BED BUGS and rude manager. "

"Our first time at this resort , no one informed us what amenities or activities were in the “resort “ no info on wha as a family u can do here or near. Staff seemed very unhappy with their job as not very helpful if you are a minority. The room they put us had water in the tub and water was leaking out , when asked how my stay was going thru a text I expressed this to a lady named Jessica and she apologized but no solution or anything . Food was ok but they close the bar at 5:00 pm . The pool gets closed early as well & the arcade is very small and most games don’t even work . I am not quite sure what kind of resort this is but it did not feel like a resort to us. "
