"It was fine. The hotel was safe and clean, the bed comfortable, and the staff friendly and helpful. We did have trouble with our key working the next morning when we got back from breakfast, so that was annoying, and the hotel is set back from the road and not super easy to find at first. However, there was an ice. machine and a giant swimming pool, and the rooms had nice soap and lotion as well as hair dryers, so we were happy, and considering the price, it was a good deal overall. "

"AC in my room was super loud, woke me up a couple of times when it cut on. Other than that everything else went well"

"I am a single business traveler. I arrived and noticed the 12th floor window was broken. I rushed to my meeting - arrived back late at night - slept - left. The next day after check out they charged me 800.oo for a broken window. When I called to dispute it they said that I should have told them about it when i checked in because otherwise they assume I broke it. Not sure how a single female biz traveler breaks a 12th story window. They were also very rude. Stay anywhere but here in the Woodlands. Just a shabby property. Terrible experience."

"We had roaches in the first room. The second room the thermostat and ac system didn’t work. They charged me 50$ for late check out even when we left at 12:07..they charged $100 fee for damages but I video when we left and there aren’t damages "

"Bathroom door needs to be replaced with one that will close. I've stayed at the Hilton for less money and they included a bathroon door that would close properly. Other than that, the bed was nice, big and comfortable. "
