"The room was comfortable including the Queen bed and very clean and tidy. We were on the 2nd floor so 2 flights of at least 10 or 12stairs plus 2 smaller stairs of about 4 in each. I managed but wouldn't have 4wks ago due to a respiratory infection. If you have difficulty walking there is no lift. The stairs would present as a problem than. Also parking is not at the motel, that was a bit of a shock as just assumed that it would be. It's about 5mins away and very narrow if you had a bigger car or ute like Ford ranger would be a very tight fit. But on plus side, staff at reception were very nice and went out of their way to assist."

"Fabulously located in Potts Point, our room had the most amazing view of the city, bridge and Opera House plus a little kitchenette (which we paid extra for). Room was small but spotless, beds comfortable and great pillows! Staff were absolutely lovely, would stay again."

"Every thing very good. Slight problem with water on floor in bathroom due to drainage design but otherwise very good. Thank you"

"The manager was amazing and very friendly. He was very accommodating for our early check in as our room was already ready. The hotel itself is very tired unfortunately though. Lots of dirty unclean walls throughout the building including in the rooms. The shower head was held on by clear packing tape and the website states room service, which is not available. Not a problem just probably needs to be updated. We did have a great stay and the location is fantastic. A couple of things to fix and it would’ve been an incredible stay."
