"The staff was wonderful! In my last night, I dropped something precious down the drain by accident and they sent out an engineer right away to retrieve it (this was at three in the morning, mind you). Truly excellent service, I could not have asked for better."

Staff was lovely, you get the space you pay for, small but it works! Coffee in the mornings is a bonus. Super conveniently located to grand central. Will definitely consider coming back. "

"I loved how spaceous the room was. The bathroom wasn't spotless, I did have to pass a lysol wipe on the toilet seat because there was a hair but other than that, I loved it. Bed was comfortable and big. It was a short walk to Grand Central."
