East Side hotel rooms a the Club Quarters

"The room was great, staff was welcoming and friendly, super clean, definitely would return! "

"Definitely more ideal for the business traveler rather than families (The rooms themselves were a little too small for family travel, and we'll be sure to take note of that size when booking future rooms) The room we got was leaking water in the bathroom and kept us up for the first night. To the staff's credit, they moved us to another room, but the front desk clerk barely showed any human traits of concern or empathy as she was doing it. The keycards weren't the best quality for us (or some of the other travelers) and caused issues in the elevator. We did not take part in Breakfast since it was an exorbitant additional charge - It was far cheaper (even by NYC standards) to just eat at one of the dozens of places around the block. The central location in Manhattan was a great convenience though, so I would give credit for that."

"The hotel is located very conveniently to plenty of things. It is clean and well run. Had some issues with the shower turning on and draining, but otherwise the room was satisfactory too!"

"This property was an excellent experience all around. Beginning with a prompt greeting at the entrance, to the welcoming smile and helpful service at the front desk. The lobby is not only clean, but elegant and inviting with plenty of seating to just sit and relax. There are 3 elevators, so there's almost no waiting to get to your room. Each floor is decorated beautifully with easy to find rooms. We stayed in a Luxe King Room with a Balcony. It was very spacious with plenty of storage space and a built in safe. Again, beautifully decorated and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable with plenty of pillows. The bathroom was well stocked and had an amazing bathtub that was large enough to completely stretch out and submerge in... such a rare treat!! Overall one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at, would highly recommend!!"

"The 2nd floor was extremely noisy because of the bar below. Extremely loud music till 1-2AM. The hotel did not remediate how bad our experience was."
