"Late checkout fees, and early check-in fees are unnecessarily high. That’s just pure greed. The resort fees don’t cover much. They overcharge for Wi-Fi usage on more than two devices, which is unnecessary. Most of the staff are very helpful and pleasant to deal with. With the exception of a few rude staff members ant the front desk, our stay was great. Rose at the front desk was quite rude. Grigor, at check in was awesome. For the codt if the rooms, you would think they’d have 2-PLY toilet paper in the rooms and cadino. The pool/bar staff were amazing. Plenty of food options."
