"Mi experiencia fue muy agradable desde el inicio. El personal muy atento y simpático. La comida buena, trato cordial, varias actividades en el teatro y el hotel en general hermoso."
"Our stay at Grand Palladium Select Bávaro had some incredible highlights. The staff and service crew were phenomenal, especially our butler Constantino, Ramon (who helped us get around the huge resort), and Indry who assisted with our check-in, making it smooth and welcoming. Ivan was our online concierge, he was very helpful as well. The servers and chefs at every restaurant were outstanding, and the nightly live entertainment was absolutely fantastic. The Chic Cabaret show is a must see!!!
One major negative was the constant pressure from vacation club sales representatives. They were extremely persistent and did not readily accept “NO” for an answer. Instead of allowing guests to relax and enjoy their vacation, we were repeatedly approached, which became uncomfortable over time. What should have been a peaceful, carefree getaway became frustrating due to the ongoing daily sales pitches.
The resort itself has so much to offer, and the hardworking staff deserve tremendous credit. However, management should seriously address the aggressive sales tactics, as they can overshadow an otherwise wonderful guest experience."
Serenade Punta Cana Beach & Spa Resort - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"Nice resort! Very clean and well maintained. I really liked that they allowed us to make reservations for the restaurants for the 3 nights we stayed all at once. Also, the bartenders at the pool bar were very attentive at all times, same with the sports bar servers. The only thing I didn't like it's the people trying to sell you a timeshare following you around, other than that everything was good. Going back in a few months to visit the new resort they just opened next door."
"This is a party Resort and loved it. The foam pool party, the White party, the pink party all of them were amazing. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Of course there's also peaceful pools and places to hang out if you don't want to be part of the fun but I highly recommend you go to one of them. You won't regret. The Beach was full of sargassum but this is nature not the resort fault. The staff also sell you excursions and we booked the $120 per person to go to Saona Island. We really enjoyed that trip. This is better than purchasing from outside because this way doesn't stop at multiple resorts picking up people. They also stop at blue lagoon where you can take pictures of the starfish ( do not take them out of the water). Bring lots of singles and fives dollars to tip staff. The food was delicious in every restaurant but our favorite was Mangu restaurant where Matías and Daniel made us feel so special. We even exchanged phone numbers after because we truly going to miss them. Thank you everyone for making this the greatest vacation ever."
