"It’s wonderfully done & room had everything, enjoyed the room and many amenities of hotel. Staff helpful and friendly. Area hip and lots of restaurants in nicer shopping.
Beds - HARD and LOW, not luxury, would not return because of it. "

"Loved the room and the stay, was little upset that we had to ask for clean towels. Then came back and the room was never cleaned while we were gone. Had to ask for towels again to bath the next day. "
"Shower was so dirty and moldy it was gross. My daughter wore flip flops and used it, but the shower head pointed across the top of her head and wasn’t adjustable because it was being held on with duct tape. When she got out and tried to dry her long hair, the hairdryer didn’t work. Went to the front desk to ask if they had a replacement and she simply answered “no”. Not sorry, not I’ll see if we can find one from another room, not anything. Just no and went back to looking like she would rather not be there. There was no toilet paper holder, just a patched wall where one used to be. I went to use the coffee maker the next morning only to find the water reservoir filled with old coffee grounds and a stir stick. Went down to breakfast, but it was pretty weak. No yogurt or any protein other than sausage links. They had a waffle maker, cold cereal, some sad looking slices of whited bread and a few mini muffins and mini bagels. No jelly. Hard cold butter. Very little milk in a pitcher for the cereal, none to drink. A few really old hard bruised oranges. When a guest told the lady at the front desk that the waffle batter was empty, she insisted that it wasn’t and acted like the guest was an idiot that couldn’t figure out how to push the lever. She finally got off her lazy a— and came over to look at it and realized it was actually empty. The next day, the bread/muffin case was practically empty the entire time I was down there."
"Loved the breakfast - hot & fresh and great variety. The shuttle downtown was an amazing plus ...$50 per room per stay - we were there for 5 nights so well worth it! They also offered happy hour from 5-7 whuch included cocktails and potato bar or nacho bar.
Loved our stay!
