"A nice hotel in a convenient location to explore surroundings, going into Amsterdam, or heading out to regional sights. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast option."

"We had a great stay. The property is in an excellent location and our room was very clean and comfortable. We would stay again without hesitation"

"This was a gorgeous room and really lovely property. The village is very cute, the staff was extremely friendly and gave lots of suggestions. The room was clean and the bathtub is both functional and decorative. I’m glad there was a stand up shower as well that was separate from the tub. It was extremely quiet and felt like a tiny house. The downstairs area was a tiny living room and felt like home. Absolutely loved this room and would gladly stay here again!"

"Very nice to stay for one night"

"I loved this hotel The location was perfect for me."

"Amazing experience at a beautiful hotel and town. It is a little outside of Amsterdam but is a convenient town with eateries, cafes, pharmacy, electric charging stations, and close to the windmills. Worth the drive to the chill atmosphere of Middenbeemster. Would recommend!"

"Exceptional in every way. Perfect location, friendly staff, lovely breakfast, nice quiet room. Will stay again for sure."

"Really great place to stay, I really liked the place, room is as described! Really close to Zaan Schans and Zaandam and easily accessible to Amsterdam! Highly recommended if you want to stay a bit further from Amsterdam!"

"Arriving at the hotel was a bit of a shock as we inadvertently arrived during the festivities of the dam to dam race. Thousands of revellers!! Our Uber driver could not approach closer than 400m, and we couldn't find the place. Rather than a monument of a building, it is a small boutique hotel and with no good GPS, we wandered around for a good 90 minutes looking for it. Initially there was no concierge in sight and we used a computer to tap in our information and get our room and cards. The...

"Excellent and close to amenities"

"Not the nicest looking place, no restaurant, and no breakfast, scrappy from the outside, but room was ok for the price"

"The room is nice , I love the ambiance. However there were bed bugs and we left with marks on our skin. I was asked about my stay, and told the guy at the reception that there were bed bugs. He didn’t apologise and only said thank you staying. The location is very loud too as there are clubs downstairs."

"Nice staff, clean rooms"
