Nice modern rooms. Nice comfy bed and pillows and good heating. Not entirely clean we found rose petals in our room which we hadn’t brought and had to ask for dressing gowns as on Expedia states that’s what you get given. Also doesn’t sleep 3 people in one room like states - my friend had to sleep on the sofa bit which isn’t a bed. Overall not the best but not the worst.

We had a hard time figuring out how to get in because we were looking for Manzo's instead of the Monument, but once inside it was wonderful! It is walkable from the train station, which we needed.

Very spacious room, but be mindful that the bathroom doesn't have a door and is open so if you're rooming with a friend, it might be a problem. Location is very good, there's a cheap parking area close to the hotel. Check in was a little difficult since it's in another hotel so could be hard to find. Requested a fridge and it was given timely as they have a Whatsapp number that you can contact anytime. Good dining options in the area too. Try Rosey's Tapas.

Excellent room. Jacuzzi bath made it extra special. You need to wear ear plugs at night other it would be difficult to sleep with noise from bars and nightclub. 10 minutes on train to Amsterdam and trsins are very regular. Restaurants all very close by. Would definitely visit again

Had an amazing stay with Manzo’s, they were very hospitable and met our needs with the upmost care. The only issue was the taps, there was a leak in the tap but wasn’t much of an issue. Not a bad distance from Amsterdam city and very close to Zaandam station. Highly recommend staying here

The hotel has a great location with the Zaadam train station, the room is very spacious and comfortable. The customer service is bad, when we arrived at the hotel, it had no customer service staff, it was chaos because of the Amsterdam marathon and we had no information about it. They must improve communication, the internet and customer service. My experience was very bad.

The property was under reconstruction-which didn’t tell their guest! So every morning was woken up by that horrible noise before 8am! Even asked to stop… they didn’t! Really disappointing and bad experience! Also the manager didn’t come back to me although I was promised at the checkout! Don’t waste your money!

Well, first of all, the arrival was pretty great, and they waited for us. The Loft was really big enough, and we enjoyed the bath. The bed is really confortable. In the room, a kettle is missing... And maybe a Nespresso? Even if customers are able to enjoy a free coffee in the lobby. Around, we found a lot of restaurants, and after a couple of meters a lot of shops. Buuuuuuuuuuuut, in case you're coming in car to the hotel, if you're lucky enough, you'll find the "free parking"... Because the closer one is the QPark. And the receptionist told me "it's 7€ a day". So, I was like "Ooooh yes ! it's not far and easy to access to the car etc..." But in fact we had to pay 38€ for 2 days... Otherwise, everything was perfect!
