This hotel was ideally located for visiting Amsterdam . 10 minutes on the train (station located right beside hotel ). Hotel staff were lovely , room clean and very quiet. Restaurant looked lovely (although we didn’t eat there ) He area is lovely with a lovely little shopping and bars close by. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

We were returning after staying here in 2023. However, in the 3 nights we did stay our room wasn’t cleaned once. We had noticed the cleaners in the morning of our final day at the room beside us. When we returned at 4pm before heading out for the evening our room would have been done! However, this was not the case, happened to spot a cleaner and was able to get fresh towels. I thought this really let the hotel down. However staff at reception were nice, good location to the train.

The hotel is very nice and in a good location. Thought breakfast lacked a little - too many pastries and missing other staples of a breakfast. The outside of the hotel is a little overgrown and can be a bit intimidating when arriving home of an evening as quite a lot of people hang around - however they keep themselves to themselves and don’t cause any issues.

Hotel was in perfect location only minutes from the railway station,the hotel bedroom (407 ) Was very clean and spacious The hotel was spotless throughout with lovely decor,the food was gorgeous and all the hotel staff was so friendly and helpful from the time I booked into the hotel and when I left.The management should be proud of there staff.Thank you for a very enjoyable stay.Keith Jones.
