"Disappointing Room Despite Excellent Location The hotel's location is undoubtedly its biggest advantage. Being just a short walk from the beach was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. Unfortunately, the room itself was a major disappointment. We stayed for 7 nights, and the room was extremely small for two adults, making it difficult to feel comfortable during such a long stay. What disappointed us most was the significant difference between the room we received and the impression created by the photos on the booking website. When booking a seaside hotel, you expect a bright and welcoming room. Instead, we were given a room with a tiny window positioned high on the wall, overlooking a neighboring courtyard. It felt dark, cramped, and nothing like what we had expected. We raised our concerns at reception and explained that the room did not match the advertised images. We were even willing to pay extra for an upgrade or a different room, but were simply told that no alternative rooms were available and that nothing could be done. While the staff were polite, the lack of any solution was disappointing. The excellent location cannot fully compensate for the feeling that the accommodation did not match the expectations created during the booking process. Future guests should be aware that the actual room may differ considerably from the photos shown online."

"The inside is well-kept and stylish. Especially the lobby, including its seating and dinning areas, are large and inviting. The room's Ikea furniture is incredibly practical and well thought-through, like the Bluetooth ceiling speakers. The Sauna and workout room on the fifth floor offered a nice view and spacious relaxation/fitness space."

"The stay was absolutely great. The room was nice and spacious. Cleanliness standards were top notch, as expected from Novotel. The location is amazing for the World Forum (literally the same building) and it’s also not far from the city centre and the beach. I would highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast spread was good and staff were very polite and professional."

"All good. Small studio but well designed. Slept well ☺️. Tv was good for evening viewing. Perfect location to explore The Hague with Station a short tram ride away (20 mins). Perfect location for lazy day at the beach. Very happy 😊"
