Nice location, only one station from the central station. Friendly staffs, safe and quiet in the room. There are few stairs in the room so it’s not quite convenient for me. Besides, there are few hair on toilet paper upon my check-in arrival.

I usually stay in the Cove next door, this was unavailable so I chose Plaza. I was very pleasantly surprised - every staff member I interacted with was brilliant, the breakfast is excellent, my room was big and included both a fridge and a microwave, and was insulated from noise from the street. The gym is basic but has everything you could expect from a hotel gym. The staff members really elevated the experience for me. This is an excellent hotel considering the price and central location. I will be returning (:

I didnt like that i couldn't keep the air conditioner on without it changing on its own. Also the elevator was broken and had to use 2 different elevators to get to reception desk.

The room itself is very spacious, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was great and very big - unfortunately it has one of the showers with only a half glass door so we did have to use a lot of towels due to the floor getting wet. The staff are lovely. The area is very central and steps away from the train lines. Really quick access to everything in downtown area. It was a little bit noisy but the room was relatively sound proofed. Very comfortable stay and I would certainly stay again.

the Location is perfect, expecially for shopping. rooms are a bit small, but i think for europe that's the standard. the only thing i did not like is not having housekeeping everyday. overall it was clean and convenient.

Das Personal war unfreundlich, das Hotel schäbig. Die Bezahlung wurde doppelt gebucht, man hatte es nicht nötig, sich für diesen Fehler des Personals zu entschuldigen. Zudem war man nicht in der Lage, das Geld sofort zurückzubuchen und findet 30 Tage zur Rückerstattung normal. Sehr schlecht geführtes Hotel mit unfreundluchem Personal
