"Nhân viên rất vui vẻ và nhiệt tình hỗ trợ thông tin du lịch, dịch vụ cho mình. Gần khách sạn cũng có vài quán ăn, tạp hóa nên cũng không phải lo đi xa để mua đồ, ăn uống. Tuy nhiên, khách sạn vẫn chưa được chu đáo lắm. Mình tới nhận phòng rồi mà đồ dùng trong phòng vẫn chưa được chuẩn bị. Có bữa đang tắm thì hết nước nóng. Ở đây hơi nhiều muỗi, côn trùng nên tối là phải đóng cửa cẩn thận. Hy vọng khách sạn sẽ sớm cải thiện những điều trên thì sẽ tuyệt vời. "

"This was our second stay although this time only possible to stay on night. Rooms and premises always clean and well maintained although it’s possible to see that time takes its tows here and there however only expected over time. Staff always endlessly polite and service minded. Location is great with close proximity to Markets, shops and restaurants nearby outside but CYAN restaurant inside hotel is excellent so not required to chase elsewhere."

"Lovely hotel in a great location, right on the beach. Nice and quiet and a 5 min stroll into the quieter end of town. Housekeeping isn’t great. They didn’t clean the room very well, left the doors wide open while they were in there allowing mozzies in, we ran out of shower gel as it wasn’t refilled etc. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again. "

"Overall very disappointing. Been travelling through the Phillipines and Vietnam for almost 2 months … staying at numerous hotels along the way and by far, this was the worse hotel to date. The staff were unhelpful at every turn - if only they paid as much attention to their customers as they do their phones. In addition, there were bugs in the room and the shower water didnt drain causing the bathroom floor to flood and creating a safety risk. Would not recommend."
