Absolutely beautiful hotel resort which made Phu Quoc worth the trip. Situated a short uphill walk off the main road was so much better than staying anywhere else. We had a bungalow at the top of the hill and they had a golf buggy if needed. Breakfast and pool area was stunning. Only thing needed is more sun beds, they were full most of the day. We had lunch and dinner there on separate occasions which was great. Breakfast was delicious and varied both Asian and western choices. Happy hour cocktails were amazing watching the sunset over the infinity pool which we did most nights. Far best one of the nicest rooms we have stayed in and we enjoyed the outdoor shower! Spotlessly clean, helpful and polite staff and absolutely stunning gardens.

良かった点 ・ホテルの敷地内はきれいに整備され、クリスマスの飾りも可愛らしかった。自然が多いが、思っていたほど虫は出なかった。 ・朝ごはんが美味しく、バラエティに富んでいた ・スタッフの方が優しく親切だった 改善点 ・自然が多く、バスルームが蚊帳で仕切られているのみだっため、蚊に刺されないか神経質にならないといけなかった。赤ちゃんと子ども連れだったので、余計に気を使ってしまい、疲れた。虫を気にならない人であれば、リゾートを感じられて良いと思う。 ・シャワーのお湯が丁度良い温度で出ない。熱いか冷たいかで不便だった。

Lahana is a beautiful property, with lovely gardens and is very peaceful and quiet, even though it is just a short walk into a busy commercial area. The staff are outstanding, always available and helpful if you need something and are gracious and kind. The hill villas are comfortable and spacious, their design incorporates many natural materials, we especially liked the open-air screened bath area and outdoor private shower. Overall an extremely well run resort and would recommend highly.

客室は清潔でした。ただ、冷蔵庫がぬるく氷を頼まない（課金）と冷たい飲み物が飲めないのが難点。 また、隙間が多めの部屋構造だったので、虫が入って来そうなところも。 あとは、タクシー運転手を呼んでもらったのですが、事前にホテルから聞いていた金額より高い額をふっかけてきて、払わないと下ろせないと言われました。ホテル自体には満足でしたので、こういった個人タクシー？と提携しているのは残念です。 とはいえ、朝食はどこよりも美味しかったですし、眺めも最高でした。 是非次回も利用したいので、改善希望です。

部屋はグレードアップはしてもらえませんでしたが、朝食などは悪くないです。 部屋掃除がいつも遅く、仕方なし、午後の一時までには終えてくださいと、レセプションでリクエストしました。 チェックインのとき、レクイチェックアウトを2時と頼み、帰りの飛行機が夕方6時過ぎだから3時半に空港までの送りを頼んだのですが、前日にレイトチェックアウトの時間をしたら、なんと！聞いてない！と！ すったもんだがありました。 どんなに英語が苦手でも、12時半と、2時を聞き間違えませんし、いい間違えません！ また、次の予約の人か部屋に入るから、12時？12時半がチェックアウトだと言われました。もう嫌になり、そのつもりでプールサイドから戻ると、今度は一時半でいいと言われ、またまた不愉快な気分に！ 楽しく過ごすことができていたのに、また好きなベトナムなのに、最後はもう気分を変えることはできませんでした。 それ以外は何回も行っているベトナム、のんびりしましたが。残念てす。

Hôtel plein de charme, légèrement en hauteur par rapport à la ville, tout en restant à moins de 4 minutes de la rue principale où se trouvent de nombreux restaurants et commerces. Les extérieurs de l’hôtel sont parfaitement entretenus et vraiment magnifiques. Le personnel est adorable et très serviable. Mention spéciale au manager du restaurant lors des petits-déjeuners, ainsi qu’au cuisinier qui prépare les œufs et sert la soupe 🙂.

Everything about this hotel was outstanding. From the views of the sea, sunset and mountains from the swimming pool and restaurant to the rooms and service. But what made this the best stay we had in Vietnam is the people. We unfortunately had an accident (not in the resort) and Vy was amazing with us. Constantly checked in while we were in hospital, arranged for our belongings to be kept safe and ensured we were always looked after on our return. Someone was always available to help us as we had restricted mobility and it was great to have Vy and her colleague’s support during a challenging time. Khang, one of the bell men that kept helping us, was also very kind and helpful. Always available to assist with a smile on his face and pride in everything he does. He even drove me across the road from the resort to collect laundry even though the buggies are usually for internal use only. Every single employee was a pleasure to interact with. We hope to visit Phu Quoc again to enjoy it in good health, and when we do there is no doubt we will stay at Lahana Resort - hoping to see you all again soon!

1. 渡假村環境很棒，綠地、林蔭很多，環境寬敞，看起來很舒適，服務人員都滿熱心的。 2. 地點滿好的，雖然在小巷子裡面進去還要200公尺左右，但是整體地點位於很熱鬧的地方，且附近就有一站免費的VinBus可搭，去機場、夜市、鬧區餐廳等地方都很方便。 3. 渡假村有免費的自助早餐吧，東西選擇多樣，好不好吃則是見仁見智，用餐環境很舒適，另有游泳池可使用，泳池的View很棒。 4. 這次有上免費瑜珈課，美中不足的是上課地方是半開放空間，沒有空調連電風扇都沒有，且有蚊蟲，但老師有即時拿防蚊噴霧給我們使用。 5. 飯店有撞球桌、健身房，如果有空閒都可以加以運用。 6. 房間很大，有小陽台可以曬東西，置物空間也足夠，光線足夠，窗外是綠景，且還有迎賓紅毛丹，並附一瓶防蚊噴霧劑（幸好房間沒有蚊蟲） 7. 房間美中不足的地方是覺得地板有點沙沙的，但有附室內拖鞋；房間及浴室某些擺設的動線使用上不是這麼順暢，例如房間沒有給小垃圾桶，得將浴室的拿出來或是拿去浴室丟、電視旁有梳妝台跟鏡子，但旁邊沒插座，如要吹頭髮沒有鄰近的插座可使用、因房間很大，電燈分布在很多地方，浴室的燈還要跑到外面開...等。 8. 第7點講的都是小問題，不影響住宿心情，所以整體CP值來說還是可以給高分也覺得可以推薦。

這是一家親子友善的渡假村，服務人員都很親切友善貼心，服務很棒！整體環境整潔悠閒，貼近大自然令人心情放鬆，房間舒適冷氣冰箱都夠涼爽，早餐很好吃，星期三晚上還有lady night 女性有免費招待一杯雞尾酒。地理位置非常方便，不管夜市／超市／按摩店／景點／餐廳叫Grab方便不貴，很開心在這住了6天，有個很美好的體驗與回憶！謝謝Lahana ！，

基本上每一Part都很滿意，前台員工很helpful, 主動走來替你拿行李， check-in時前台發現同伴在當天生日，因為已很晚而未能安排生日小蛋糕，但在第二天早上補送小蛋糕，並在床上以鮮花切了Happy Birthday字樣，很開心呢。 房間清潔十分良好，酒店各地方 Pest Control 做很很好，不見有很多蚊子。早餐每天都有小變化，而且很美味可口。 唯有少少缺點是，房內冰箱真的完全不凍，一支水放了多天都不冷，有時想在房內享用冰凍飲料完全不能，真的希望酒店方面可全面更換。另外游泳池的太陽椅不多，有時因為欠椅子而未能游泳。最後一點，因為之前看到有客人因為在check-out 時因房內少了某些供應品如污衣籃及玻璃水樽而被罰款，所以四天下來都一直留意房內供應品有沒有缺失，果然在第三天，員工在清潔房間後忘了添置兩支玻璃樽裝水，幸好早發現，即時通知前台補回，否則在check-out 時要被罰款了。要多加留意，因為不想美好假期因誤會而被玻壞呢。 不過這些都是小問題，我們對此酒店非常之滿意，過了一個愉快的假期，伴侶已說下次一定要再入住此酒店。最後，酒店前台會在check-in 時加入 What's app 方便有問題時可即時通訊，此安排真的十分貼心及方便，真的很好！

RAS Hôtel correct dans un beau jardin bien entretenu ! Malheureusement les abords sont pollués avec beaucoup de détritus.
