"Rooms were renovated and on the water. The staff was accommodating and there was a restaurant and a tiki bar on the premises. It was at the end of the Main Street of Dunedin so the town was so walkable. "

"Did not use the pool but hot tub was great lots of time at the tiki bar and rented bicycles was wonderful each day"

"The fridge in our room every few hours has a very high pitched noice. The sauna was never available due to location that also serves private events. For a hotel that says there an resort we did not find any amenities that were included in our very expensive stay. Everything had a fee from parking, $100 breakfest (least you could do is offer free breakfast) and chairs on beach. We have stayed at other resorts that were not all-inclusive and we did not pay for any item I noted above. Otherwise, overall the stay was nice."
