Wonderful Inn - Highly Recommend it.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome. The room and bathroom were large and super clean. We loved the balcony and green area outdoors - it was perfect for our boxer and the balcony was a great place to sit and have a cup of coffee or a drink. Also, the hotel location was perfect! - just around the corner from historic downtown and a short drive to Tarpon Springs.

The Grant St Inn is a remarkable find. The rooms are large with great bedding and linens. The bathroom includes very ample counter space and a wonderful walk in shower. My only suggestion would be to add more seating as there was only 1 seat and I desk chair so you end up only using the bed to sit on.

This brand new boutique hotel was perfect in every way. Free covered parking, huge rooms, very quiet and right near everything! The staff was very friendly and the huge balcony with adirondak chairs was a great touch. It feels more like a bed and breakfast and not at all like a normal chain hotel. We just checked out yesterday but we will be back for a longer stay this fall.
