"Very nice hotel close to Dubai business areas and also the metro which was convenient. Has a nice view of the Burj Khalifa from some rooms. Staff were friendly and generally accommodating. Only negative point is that to go to the top level you have to have a reservation and minimum is $D100. We had 20 people staying at the hotel for a wedding and wanted to take some pictures up there but were not allowed. This was disappointing considering the amount of money we'd spent there already. Elevators during Fri-Sun are also quite busy so can take a while if you're above floor 41.

"Staff where awesome. Balcony was awesome. Literally only issue i had is the 35% off in the attached restaurants when booking, was only for breakfest. But other then that, i enjoyed my 10 day stay"

Them again they said they will come around again but never did. Ali and Samuel on concierge and front door were fantastic always happy and ready to help anytime, only bad part involves taxis please get a price first as you will get ripped off 100 dirhams to go to Atlantis which is 1/2 mile away, next taxi charges you 12 dirhams! 150’dirhams to airport was bumped up to 350’dirhams and when challenged says its hotel price, really only disappointing about the stay at hotel is the taxis that pick you up from there again just be careful"
