"Felt like family. I was greeted right away when disembarking my taxi. The staff remembered me from my visit 3 months ago. I reserved an executive room and received an upgrade to a an executive bedroom suite which was amazing. Very large, an espresso machine with good Nespresso capsules, very comfortable bed and a bathroom with a big bath, comfortable shower and every amenity you can think of. The breakfast buffet was very rich. The WIFI worked great. I liked the executive lounge and the happy hour offering. Highly recommended!"

"We had a great room, overlooking the Palm and the swimming pool. The staff were always helpful and overall it was a wonderful stay for us."
