"Our room was clean and the staff were very helpful. The hot buffet breakfast was the best I've had at most hotels. There were a lot of options to choose from. The staff were phenomenal considering our situation. During our stay, we lost a family member and tried to get home earlier than our original flight. Despite the stress of talking with the airline (who couldn't refund or exchange our tickets) and the car rental (they did their best to accommodate but had no vehicles available), Ramanda made the hotel the least of our concerns. We informed the manager of our desires to attempt to get home sooner, and he made sure to work on a refund for one night since we were going to leave one day early. After being unable to secure a rental car to drive home, we had no choice be to remain in Dallas until our flight that weekend. We contacted the hotel to inform them since we had already checked out. The front staff made sure our room was available and cancelled our check-out with no issues. We were extremely stressed with the entire process, but Ramanda was the only one to make it easier on us. They allowed us to have a late check out that weekend on our original date at no additional cost. We were able to try to enjoy and relax until our flight considering the unexpected loss. I can't say how much that helped us at the time. We had one less thing we needed to think about. The staff was pleasant, helpful, and understanding. Thank you so much. "

"Excellent access to airport, friendly staff, Keith the shuttle driver has a great positive attitude. Also has breakfast to go for early departures. Definitely would stay there again. "

"Not nearly as nice as the pictures make it out to be. Rooms are spacious but minimal and shabby. Overhead florescent lighting only, no lamps. Exterior is pretty enough but not very well maintained. Could not get an answer about if/when the airport shuttle was running. Overall very sketchy vibe. Does not feel like an airport hotel. "
