Downtown Burlingame hotel rooms a the Best Western

"Great location. Very clean. Breakfast buffet was great! The parking is expensive but well worth as it felt safe. The only down side was checking in. I felt the staff wasn’t super friendly but it was such a small part of our entire stay. Would stay there again for sure "

"Check-in was effortless; the lobby, and all main hotel areas were bright, spacious and immaculate. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with amazing hot water/pressure. The staff were friendly and professional at every turn. This is a child, friendly hotel, please expect little footsteps and lots of giggles during your stay. "

"Loved the location! We also loved being able to stay in a historic, beautiful hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful at both the check-in and check-out process. We truly felt welcomed right off. The room was small, but we were fine with that. The beds were very comfortable! We also had a nice view from our window. The only tiny critique which the hotel being historic can not help, is that our bathroom has a small step-up. Even though there is a sign there to warn you, I was slightly afraid of tripping on it. This was minor though, as it was truly beautiful inside and out. You are greeted with cookies, fresh lemon water, and coffee/tea at all hours in the lobby. All in all, we loved this hotel and would definitely recommend it to our friends and would stay there again if ever going to San Francisco in the future. Thank you!"

"I liked front desk staff. Location was perfect. Room was small but clean and cozy. No fridge. No trash can in the room. However. Way better than i expected. Felt safe the second i saw the door system and friendly staffs. Will visit again "
