"I'm a local who stayed a few nights because I was attending a festival. The place is really nice and cozy. I swear they have the best AC on the planet. Everything was organized and tidy but not clean. The floor had been swept but not mopped for a while, we had to keep our shoes on because our feet were black from how dirty the floor was. "The property inside is as shown in the pictures. The outside looks like a regular city ie. NY or Downtown LA. Lots of drug addicts in the area which can create a problem with safety. The water in the bathroom did not work correctly. The shower was either cold or when it got hot for 5 minutes provided scolding hot water. The kitchen stove had to be lit with a match every time. The washing machine did not wash clothes correctly."

"TERRIBLE SERVICE. So with tv remote in the hotel room it wasn’t working. So I went down to front desk to ask for a different remote or if someone could fix them. They said they will fix it for us. They never came. We went down there 3 times to remind them to come and finally they did come. Our tv would not shut off so the whole time without tv, we could not sleep at all because it was on. Another bad customer service was when we were at the pool, I ordered a $10 drink and they charged us $45. I saw the mistake and let them know and told them to void transaction. They didn’t do that and said they couldn’t help me. I requested to see the manager and was then able to void the transaction. Overall horrible stay."

"This property has unfortunately gone downhill. I’ve been coming here for many years and have slowly seen the property deteriorate. Management does not seem to care and it’s trickling down to the staff. I attempted to speak to a supervisor but was told they were in a meeting all day, three days in a row, really? Upon check in, I had only two towels in my room for three adults. No hand towels, no wash cloth, a shower where the door didn’t close with water escaping onto the floor. A toilet that was leaking, onto the floor and no one who cared enough to get it corrected, so obvious they’re understaffed. Oh, did I mention no sheets or pillows for the guest sleeping on the sofa bed? Again, no management available to assist in correcting these issues. After many years, sadly this will be our last time in this hotel. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. If I could’ve gotten an earlier flight to escape this pathetic hotel, I certainly would’ve left."

"Would recommend this resort to anyone! Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly. The 1 bedroom villa is so nice. The bed was comfortable, the black out curtains were super helpful and the size was perfect. Also appreciated the washer and dryer that was only shared with one other unit. The pools and hot tubs were my kids favorite things about the stay. The onsite restaurant is a little pricey but super convenient. 10/10 stay."

"Son had a continental breakfast at the Rumbao Market. He said it was good but wished that there were more ethnic food offerings & coffee as well. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning was perfect. We were here for our son’s wedding. Staff was excellent and very attentive and accommodating. We would stay again!"
