"We had an amazing stay at Hotel Izla! The rooms are absolutely beautiful—spotless, modern, and very well maintained. Everything felt clean, fresh, and thoughtfully designed, which made it so comfortable to relax after a day out. We had the top floor room with the bathtub on the balcony. The all-inclusive dining was excellent, with a great variety of options and consistently high quality. What truly stood out was the exceptional service— the restaurant and bar teams were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond by remembering specific details about what we had eaten and drank the day before. Combined with the clean, well-maintained pool and beach areas and the beautiful views, the experience felt both relaxing and genuinely personalized A special shout-out to Yeimy at the concierge, who made our trip effortless by helping us book all of our activities and transportation at very reasonable prices. She was incredibly helpful and made sure everything ran smoothly. We truly loved our experience and would absolutely recommend Hotel Izla to anyone visiting Isla Mujeres. "My stay was just I needed. This is a small well kept boutique that appears to be family run where they are available at all times for anything that you need. The roof deck while small was very tranquil had a small pool that turns into a Jacuzzi and six or seven last year that were peaceful, great place to relax Very happy with my experience there "
