"This is a nice smaller resort. The entire staff was wonderful. The stocked refrigerator was a nice touch. That was unexpected. This is a great destination for couples. It’s relaxing and quiet."

"We loved our stay at PA. The swim-up bar was wonderful. The bartenders were very sweet and attentive. The staff as a whole was very nice. The only thing we didn't care for was the beach club. It was hard to get a seat on the beach, people were out there at the crack of dawn with their stuff on the beds. Our room was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. The grounds were fabulous! I had a massage at the spa and it was wonderful! We met a lot of wonderful people. We have been to Isla in the past but this was our first A.I trip. 10/10 recommend!"

"Staying at Casa de los Sueños was so amazing! Roger and Carlos took great care of us. The room we had was fantastic, we utilized the pool and all of the capabilities of Kin Ha Beach Club which was included and was equally outstanding. The breakfasts that we had were all really good on our 8 day stay on beautiful Isla Mujeres in the quieter part of the island close to Punta Sur. Can't recommend them more and can't wait to go back."

"The views of the ocean were incredible. The grounds were kept clean. The property was very quiet. We stayed five days and never had room service. Towels were dropped off at the door, but the bed linens weren't changed. Several lights in the room were not working. Luckily, we were able to open the windows to obtain better lighting. We had a toilet that wouldn't flush. We requested service but no one came out to fix it. Beautiful views but I can only give the property 3.5 stars out of 5. "

"This hotel is beautiful and the rooms are big especially for the price compared to other hotels on the island. Beach is there but no one swims in it unless you don’t mind playing with Mr. Crabs and Squidworth. We rented a golf cart and drove to other beaches so it all worked out. Budget friendly. Recommend eating out and seeing the island. Staff is great!"

"This is a beautiful property. That said, the listing was misleading regarding several advertised amenities. One of the primary reasons we selected this property was the advertised beach access. While there is direct access to the cliffside views, there is no actual direct access to the beach below. Guests must walk a considerable distance off-property to find a safe path down to the shoreline. Additionally, the listing photos strongly suggested the unit included a kitchen or at least some type of food preparation and refrigeration area. Upon arrival, we discovered there was no kitchen and not even a mini refrigerator available. We were also informed at check-in that the rooftop pool was under maintenance and unavailable during our stay. When we asked about the kitchen shown in the listing photos, we were told it belonged to a separate listing. We reasonably assumed it was a shared amenity, as many properties advertise common spaces this way. Unfortunately, this was more than a convenience issue. My wife recently underwent surgery and has strict dietary and medication storage requirements. Access to refrigeration was a major factor in choosing this property. Instead, we spent much of our stay searching for ice to keep medications and supplements at a safe temperature. No small task on an island without 24 hour stores. The property itself is lovely but the listing should more accurately reflect the amenities actually available so guests can make informed decisions."
