"The hotel was nice. The staff was great, especially the pool and beach staff. The property is small, with no real activities or entertainment. The activities were morning yoga, and a crafts/pottery class in the evening...so if you enjoy a show or dancing after dinner, this is not the resort for you. There's no poolside games or music. The hotel is definitely not a 5 star property, maybe 4, and they have staffing issues. But...if you enjoy the beach, paddle boards, or canoeing, it's a great...

"Isla Mujeres is a tiny island with many choices. Ive been coming here for 18 yrs. I needed a ladt minute room for a friend visiting. This hotel is in a PRIME location! The rooms are clean & very comfortable. The hotel itself is a disaster & poorly run. Xmas deco in February. Laundry, waterbottles, towels everywhere. Extremely rude staff. Balcony & stair railings broken. There is a reason that they were 3/4 empty at the peak of the season."
