"Had to take cold showers because the hot water wasn’t turning on. One of the lights weren’t working so I was halfway in the dark. Towels were dirty and it was hair every where. Other than that had a peaceful stay."

"HITS - Convenient Location - Friendly staff - Rooms are clean - A/C works well - Beds are comfortable - Omelet maker chef is excellent - Great Breakfast selection, good variety & quality - Coffee was good MISSES - Sidewalks were dangerously slippery when wet from the landscape watering - Only one very small (apartment size) washer/dryer for entire complex & requires quarters to operate - No milk alternatives at Breakfast, promised three days in a row - Pool is somewhat small, hot tub is very small - Pool dominated by obnoxious teenage boys (wife was nearly hit by a football thrown by one of them) - Pillows were very uncomfortable "

"Room was clean, staff was awesome! Great location. Only thing that would have made it better is if the great breakfast in hotel was included!"

"Original location overbooked. Had to go 10 miles away at night time. That made it much further away from our planned destinations. No notice of overbooking until we arrived. At 2nd location, No bedding for pullout. Asked first night, still none. Only 3 pillows. Flooring gritty. No lights for pool area. Lady at front desk was very nice. "

"Didn't use the pool. It was full of kids all day and night. One of the two elevators has been out of order so long they have a permanent sign. The remaining elevator broke down once during our stay and we had to walk two flights carrying our stuff. I can't imagine what the 7th floor people did! There has been a fast (and sloppy) rehab of the place. Paint spills not even cleaned. Air conditioning is pretty ancient and not very good (loud, too!) Beds were OK. Asked for extra pillows and never got them. Parking lot needs to be repaved. It's so rough it almost hurts to walk on it. Definitely a letdown as I have stayed at great La Quintas. This wasn't."

"Zero staff. Took a $40 cash deposit that was supposed to be returned the next day at checkout. No one available when trying to checkout. Waited around for 2hrs and nobody showed. A big scam! Tried contacting with no success. People banging on door and trying to get in middle of night. Again no staff. Sheets not clean and smoke detectors disabled???"
