"The place was clean only small. I left before breakfast but I had everything I needed for a nice staff. I wanted to rebook my return trip but it was completely booked."

"Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. Room was good with a large comfortable bed, a nice hot shower, and tea making facilities. Breakfast was excellent too, they send you to the sister hotel next door, which has views of Zamalek."

"The hostel, the staff and the breakfast they provide is all great!
What’s let it down is the tour I booked with them to the pyramids. Firstly I was booked onto a tour to see multiple pyramids when in fact I’d just wanted to see the Giza pyramids and sphinx, maybe there had been some miscommunication.
Firstly on the Giza pyramids part of the tour I was unexpectedly taken to a dodgy looking guide centre outside of the Giza site and pressured to pay "

"The hotel was great, in a good location, with attentive staff who went out of their way at all times, even if just to smile and say good morning. In addition, Dahy on the travel desk was a big help planning day trips."

"We have stayed at the two bedroom suite for several nights as a family. We had enjoyed our stay. The hotel is clean, safe, offers good dining options (especially the Japanese restaurant is great), great breakfast and gym. Our suite had a fully equipped kitchen with the washer. The area around the hotel is nice, safe and probably one of the best in Cairo, but it is still not the place where you enjoy the walk: it’s still quite dirty, the sidewalks are narrow, the pavement is in poor condition, etc). The staff is doing a good but not perfect job. Sometimes you have to ask for something twice, but it gets done. "
"The hotel was a good experience from check-in to check-out.
The staff were friendly, helpful, and always available.
The room was clean, comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well.
The location is very convenient, close to many places and transportation.
Overall, great value for money and I would stay here again."
"Beautiful hotel with all the amenities. Security was top notch. Staff was kind and polite. Rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet. Would recommend staying here."
"Stayed for 3 nights in a family suite. Very spacious and modern room. Great service from all staff. Great breakfast. Lovely view and club lounge. Totally recommend "
