It was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend it. The staff was just awesome. Great food. Very safe. Kudos to Jen, Eduardo, Raymundo and all the crew. Very clean and safe. I also recommend booking your tour of the pyramids with them. Cheers hard working people!!

The hotel was very spacious and comfortable. All of the employees were amazing! They were friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the rooftop area was so nice. Even though it was little loud outside, it makes sense because you are close to everything in Downtown Cairo so the location is perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very nice location on Talaat Harb Street with great food and local people all around, and just minutes from Tahrir Square. This hotel is on the 9th floor of an office building. A little hard to find at first, look for a business called “Town Team” at street level (as of November 2024). Modern and clean rooms. A big thanks to hotel managers Alex and Meno for their great service.

Breakfast is highlight. Room is clean and location is very convenient. beddings is clean but not comfortable. The comforter doesn’t breath well, and the pillow is low and too soft for me. The elevator doesn’t bring you to the floor you need to, so some stair climbing is needed for guests. Be aware of that.

Wonderful hotel and staff. Single room #116 was perfect. I had a balcony overlooking Talaart Harb. The balcony door was double glazed, the noise from the street was barely audible. I had good rests there. I enjoyed the sunny balcony. The room had a great walk in shower with a rainfall shower head, there was good water pressure and temperature. TV, aircon and fridge all worked well. The location is fabulous, right in the heart of Downtown. The rooftop restaurant was a great place to relax. Heba and Kholos who work in the restaurant were super friendly and the food was fresh and tasty. Alex and Jan the reception managers were excellent, always helpful. Francis and Michael the porters were also wonderful, kind and helpful. I will stay again.

The first impression was not great, as we had slight difficulty in finding the hotel. It only has a couple of small white boards on the road, and the entrance itself has a slightly seedy appearance. The ground floor lobby and lift do not inspire confidence. A big problem with those who had difficulty in climbing is that the hotel is on the 10th floor, but the lift goes only to the 9th floor. However, once you reach the reception in the 10th floor, you have a much richer experience, both in the quality of the decor as well as the facilities in the room. The staff are very helpful, all the way from the bell boy up, the food is great and the room is quite good. Our room had twin single beds, not a twin bed, which was a surprise to me, but it was mentioned in the booking when I looked it up-my bad. The hotel is within walking distance from Tahrir square and the Egyptian museum, and there are plenty of places to eat and shop all around. All in all, if you don't mind the appearance in the ground floor and have no accessibility problems, I would greatly recommend this hotel.

El hotel esta bien ubicado justo en el centro del Cairo, el personal es lo mejor que oudo habernos pasado, siempre ayudandonos , dandonos tips y nos ayudaron a conseguir un par de tours en español que fueron excelentes, en todo momento te sientes seguro y acompañado. Hotel is on the 9th floor so it has an excellent rooftop view of the city and away from much of the noise of the city. Always someone on the first floor for security and help with luggage if needed. Very nice and courteous staff members. Hotel itself is clean and comfortable. Downtown area can be hectic but this hotel is the perfect place to relax.
