"The elevators were not in working conditions. They put us on the fifth floor, and my husband is handicap and we had to walk up the stairs. There was no complementary breakfast to make up for the elevator is not working nor were we offered any type of discounts this was horrible. and the Plumbing in the bathtub was also horrible. The water was not going down in the bathtub. It was filling up."

If the right person steps on certain spots their foot will go through the floor. -some loose dog food found in pantry cupboard -boogers left on the wall opposite the toilet -curtains with minor damage -bathtub finish has damage and messy caulk -bathroom fan caked with dust -toilet takes a long time to flush -Refrigerator is missing the door handle -the room smelled of dog and food although I signed an agreement not to have animals in the room. "

"Silverware was dirty had hair on it. Shower and bathroom sink water came out brown. Dog hair all over the room in the ac unit and under the mattress. Staff were rude with poor customer service skills. I spoke to the GM today and because I booked through a third party site she said there is nothing she can do to accommodate me. She said when I come back she would give me a discount. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!"

"Ended up arriving in the middle of the night due to late start for my travel itinerary. Woman at the front desk was very nice and worked quickly to check me in so I could get to sleep right away. Other family members have stayed here previously so would recommend. "
