Staff was helpful, assigned room had a leak from the ceiling, had to be relocated to anther room next day. We were told that we need to stay in the original room overnight while water was dropping from the ceiling right on the bed.

We had a very good time and the hotel is family friendly. The staff cannot fo enough for you. The acitivies were very good too. The only downfall is the food. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner was more or less the same thing everyday

Kenzi Rose Garden
Great stay! Free upgrade to a suite! Plenty of choice at breakfast. Huge pools. Area is very walkable into the Medina there are taxis out the front waiting of you do need one. I would stay here again!
