"Le personnel était plutôt sympa. Le riad est situé dans un quartier vraiment pas top et il n'est pas recommandé de s'y promener. Obligé de prendre le taxi pour faire quoique ce soit.

"I stayed here as a solo traveller for 5 nights. The room was huge and I was fortunate to have a ground floor room which opened on to the pool area.
Breakfast was good with lots of options. However that was the only meal I ate in the hotel so can’t comment further on other food options.
The staff were all great and very courteous and helpful.
Would certainly recommend or stay again!"

"The staff at Riad Khabia were very accommodating and welcoming. Rashid welcomed us warmly and gave us a clear explanation of places we could visit.
The riad is very well located, fairly close to the souks of Marrakech, but far enough away to have peace and quiet at night.
The breakfast at the riad was excellent and they packed us breakfast-on-the-go when we had early morning excursions."

"The location was centrally located and easily accessible by taxi/uber. Staff were helpful. The rooms were somewhat dated but comfortable enough. Breakfast was pleasant, but it felt as if they may have been understaffed. The two pools were nice and the upstairs rooftop bar was the best."
