"The Hyatt DeNang has all the hallmarks of a classic resort experience. For those that want a luxurious ambience, with a hint of resident culture, this is for you. Learning the ropes takes a day or two, eg. happy hour changes depending on the bar, it's possible to get 2 for 1 cocktails between the hours of 4 - 8pm if you plan it out. Ice cream bars are also placed at strategic locations to keep the youngsters happy too. For families this is a very well thought out resort design. Prices are what you would expect to pay in Australia, the assumption that this will be a cheap holiday will disappoint. Also disappointing was the linen. I am a bit of a connoisseur of hotel sheets, with the expectation of crisp cotton, and a choice of firm or soft pillows. Neither was delivered here, so despite the firm mattress, I've had better sleeps in a 3 star hotel. This resort best suits young families."

A special thank you to staff member Toan, who helped us on our first buggy trip to the beach and continued to assist us throughout our stay, always willing, helpful and with a bright smile. It made a real difference to our experience!"

"An absolutely beautiful property with exceptional service from start to finish. The attention to detail is phenomenal in every aspect by the designer, from the stunning designs and architecture to the overall guest experience. I highly recommend upgrading your package because you’ll never want to leave the property. The dinners were excellent, with great quality and variety. One tip: make dinner reservations as early as possible if you’d like one of the private dining rooms or the hanging tables with the incredible views—they’re definitely worth it!"

We never had to go looking for assistance—she was always one step ahead, initiating conversations and offering help before we even had to ask. Every request we made was handled promptly and efficiently, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Katie organised our tours seamlessly and catered to our specific needs with such ease and attention to detail. Her knowledge, professionalism, spontaneity, and genuine kindness made our experience even more memorable. She is a true asset to Naman Retreat, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. As for Naman Retreat itself, this is far more than just a place to stay—it is a truly unforgettable experience. Every aspect of the retreat has been thoughtfully designed to create an atmosphere of luxury, tranquillity, and relaxation. "The resort was so beautiful and well maintained. Food and beverage amazing! The friendliest most accommodating staff you could ever imagine. Made you feel special each and every day! Could not rate this hotel and experience any higher. It is expensive, we're not rich so it was a special occasion. We have stayed at 7 other Four Seasons hotels and other luxury hotels and resorts throughout the world over the years so we're not inexperienced either. So beyond the price of the room all other prices, food, beverage, experiences are in line with USD prices for luxury accommodations, so there no going inexpensive here. When you've been eating street food meals for 5-8 USD for two people with a beer or in a restaurant with a bottle of wine and a cocktail for $40-60 USD you'll notice the stark difference in price at the resort but you know that going in. And the hotel made it all worth it. We also stayed in the one bedroom beach front villa which made the stay extraordinary as we are beach people. Cheers, now go out and enjoy your next stay and if you can splurge this is a great spot unless your a fussy complainer and then of course we know you'll never be satisfied"
