"Great variety for breakfast. Standout experience. Friendly but not overly so staff. Pool area was pleasant. WiFi was near 200 mbps for me. Downsides I’d say the crowd. Reminded me of a cruise ship though well run. "

"Breakfast is fresh and there is a large spread of food. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and luxurious. One issue I had was there are 3 of us staying in the room but only 2 sets of towels were provided. Small issue but an annoyance. Nice feature they have is whatsap for communication, however it is not monitored immediately. If you’re expecting a timely response you may not get it. I asked for three sets of towels when they do house keeping but unfortunately that was not done. Again, minor issue. Other than that, very happy with the hotel and location! Would stay again!"

"We had the most beautiful stay at The Pearl Hoi An and honestly couldn’t fault the experience. The resort itself is stunning — the rooms are modern, bright, spotless and feel so fresh and new. The pool area is incredible, the beachfront location is gorgeous, and there’s even a lovely little strip of eateries just a short walk outside the resort which was super convenient. The food throughout our stay was consistently amazing — from daily breakfast to high tea and lunch, everything was delicious. Cocktails were a little on the lighter side, but the beer was cold and perfect, so no complaints there! What truly made our stay unforgettable though was the staff. Every single person we encountered — from reception to security to the drivers — were so kind and helpful, but a special mention has to go to Tracy N, Amy V and especially Chau Chao. Chau Chao went above and beyond for us every single day, helping organise transport, activities and anything we needed. One day she even stayed back after her shift just to assist us when we were returning from Old Town — such a genuinely beautiful and caring person. We are so incredibly grateful. The only small downside was that some of the shops and restaurants within the resort appeared to be closed, but it didn’t take away from our experience at all. We truly hope they reopen in the future. Overall, such a stunning resort with exceptional service — we would absolutely return!"

"Breakfast was amazing and free. Food options were very good especially the variety of Vietnamese food that changes every day. Staff were all wonderful and the room was tidy and clean. Would definitely stay again. The room pictured is what you get. Awesome hotel and value for money. Would not hesitate to book again. And for the ladies, the water pressure is great. "
